Your team can sit in the same meeting — and leave with different realities.
Reveal where leaders and teams interpret decisions, ownership, priorities and execution differently — before those gaps become delays, rework or conflict.
Up to 10 participants · About 7–9 minutes each · Automated team report · S$490 per team
Individual answers stay confidential. Leaders receive aggregated team patterns — and groups smaller than 3 are never shown.

Team Alignment Scan
Leadership vs team — perception gaps
Light bar = leadership view. Solid bar = team view. The distance between them is the perception gap — often the real signal.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing to install.
Set up the scan
Choose a general team scan or a specific execution challenge (e.g. a launch), set the timeframe, and invite up to 10 people.
Your team answers in 7–9 minutes
Everyone answers the same ~24 behavioural questions about decisions, ownership, priorities, challenge and follow-through. One question per screen, mobile-friendly.
The report unlocks
Once at least 3 people have answered, the report shows where leaders and the team see the same organisation differently — and which gaps matter.
Free 30-second check
Three questions. An instant read on your team.
No signup, nothing stored. Answer as the founder or manager — the full scan asks your team the same kind of question and compares the answers.
Answer all three to see your instant read.

The problem
Most execution problems don't start as strategy problems.
This is how teams quietly lose a quarter: different assumptions about who owns what, what "urgent" means, which decisions are final, and what "done" looks like. It shows up as slipped launches, senior hires stalling in month three, rework, and attrition you didn't see coming.
They start when capable people operate from different understandings of what was decided, what matters, who owns what, and what happens next.
Agreement in the room does not translate into aligned execution outside the room. Align measures shared organisational reality — not generic team happiness.
What Yurify detects
Eight friction patterns underneath five core dimensions.
Method
The average can hide the problem.
A team average may look acceptable even when leaders and employees are experiencing the organisation very differently. Yurify looks at the gap — not just the score.

The average looks moderate. The 36-point perception gap is the real signal.
Method

How do we change the pattern and measure whether it changed?
Built on evidence, not assumptions
Why shared understanding matters
Research on team mental models suggests teams benefit when members develop sufficiently shared understandings of roles, goals, coordination and how work gets done. The scan draws conceptually on research into shared mental models, role clarity, communication quality, information sharing, decision-making, psychological safety and team coordination.
The Team Alignment Scan is a structured diagnostic, not a psychometrically validated instrument. Scores are internal indicators calculated from participant responses — not industry benchmarks.
What you receive
A report built around the gap — not just the score.
Perception gaps
Leadership view vs team view across Decision Clarity, Ownership Clarity, Alignment & Priorities, Challenge & Information Flow, and Execution & Follow-Through.
Behavioural friction patterns
Which of the eight patterns — from Decision Reopening to False Agreement — the team data shows most strongly, in plain behavioural language.
Observation, then interpretation
What respondents reported, kept separate from what it may mean — plus one or two practical next steps and a priority area.
Programmes

Two ways to run the Team Alignment Scan — the self-serve diagnostic, or the diagnostic with expert interpretation and a live leadership readout.
