This Privacy Notice is maintained by Yurify PTE LTD ("Yurify", "we", "us") to explain how we handle personal data in connection with the Yurify Team Alignment Scan (the "Service"). Yurify PTE LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

1. Data we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, company name, role.
• Diagnostic responses: your answers to Team Alignment Scan questions.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps.
• Support communications you send us.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, not by Yurify. We receive only a transaction reference and billing summary.

2. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the Service and generating reports — performance of contract.
• Processing payments, invoicing, tax compliance — legal obligation (via Paddle).
• Customer support — legitimate interests / performance of contract.
• Product improvement and security — legitimate interests.
• Marketing communications — consent, where required.

3. Data sharing

We share personal data with:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record for the sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the Service.
• Email delivery, analytics, and customer-support tooling providers.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Scan responses are retained for the life of your account and deleted or anonymised on request.

6. Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Users in the UK/EEA additionally have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us at info@yurify.co. We respond within one month.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege database policies — to protect personal data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the Service (authentication, session) and may use limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.
