These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Yurify Team Alignment Scan (the "Service"), operated by Yurify PTE LTD, a company registered in Singapore ("Yurify", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Yurify provides a diagnostic tool that helps founder-led teams measure execution alignment through a structured team scan and an executive report.

2. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security of the Service, or upload malware.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

5. Intellectual property

Yurify retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, methodology and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your paid plan. You retain ownership of the responses you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Service levels and warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is a diagnostic aid and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
