Yurify PTE LTD offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Yurify Team Alignment Scan. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at info@yurify.co and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
